SEO, Ess-ee-Ow, Ess-eee-Oww. These letters kept ringing my ears everyday for the past few weeks. Since I market this blog naturally I would always hear about it; every little thing I do when trying to gain some viewers for my blog on the Net is called SEO.
SEO or Search Engine Optimization is a method used to increase visibility for websites and blogs on the Net. These include backlinks, keywording, web design analysis, content management, directory submission, etc. How I wish I can do the SEO for this blog without any effort and time to spend. And how I’m going to do that? Hire somebody who’d do the link building for me? The keywording? Hire a cheap SEO company? SEO Australia perhaps? Hmmm. Maybe.
SEO really involves a lot of time and effort before you can achieve positive results. If you do the SEO all by yourself you can’t make it easily on top the search results page of search engines. You will need some people to make it work for you. Or perhaps you should have an ultimate software wherein you can make loads of jobs all in one time.
If you won’t be able to look for people to help you, then I think it’s time for you to have your site or blog optimized by SEO companies. You just have to be careful on choosing the right company for you. Google knows how and why your site steps one foot higher on search engines. It knows if your site is optimized by an SEO company.
So the best thing you can do is to have an open conference with the SEO company that you will be hiring. Let them know the kind of SEO that you want. Make sure that it won’t deceive you in knowing that your site is doing okay since you have been increasing sales, but only to find out that you’re losing PR or Page Rank.
The wisest move you can make is to have your site do the organic SEO so it won’t put your PR (Page Rank) at stake. Google and Alexa would favor more sites who do the organic SEO and not those that rank unfairly.
Well, as for this blog I’ll do the SEO on my own. But for my other blogs and websites, probably I’ll hire a good and reputable SEO company such as Smart Traffic. Smart Traffic is an SEO Australia company which also has headquarters in UK. They also have an office here in Cebu formerly called First Page Web Solutions. I’ve worked with this company before and it’s been growing.

If you are a veteran SEO locally, and a member of forums.seo.ph then I guess you know this company. They are known for owning a lot of unofficial fan site of different celebrity, locally and international celebs.
