Shangri-La Mactan Resort & Spa is a five-star hotel located in Punta Engano road, Lapu-Lapu City, lies around the long stretch of the Mactan shoreline. Although the location is very accessible, the details on how exactly to get there are limited for some travelers. So here are some information I’ve obtained from careful research from other websites and by using Google map:
The Location
Shangri-La Mactan is not far away from the Mactan Shrine. So going ahead using the Punta Engano road you can get directly to Shangri-La. You just have to turn right and go straight to Mactan Island Resort. This is your entry to get to Shangri-La Mactan.
Transportation
Means of transportation to this resort is by taxi and jeepney. So since taxi is more convenient, a taxi ride from Cebu to Shangri-La can take 30-40 minutes, depending on the traffic. Taxi ride from the Mactan Cebu International Airport can take 10 to 15 minutes.
Transport Service
For a much more convenient way, you can hire Shangri-La’s transport services. This resort provides exclusive shuttle service from the Mactan Cebu International Airport, SM City Cebu, and Ayala Center for an affordable fare.
You can arrange an airport pickup upon arriving at the Mactan Cebu Intl. Airport. A representative will fetch you for escort outside the arrival area and take you to Shangri-La hotel. To use this service just log on to their website: Shangri-La Mactan. Or call these numbers:

032-231 0288 for within the Philippines
231 0288 within Cebu City.
If in case you can’t find the airport representative, just call this number immediately: 231 0288. Other taxis, including the yellow taxis, are also available outside the domestic and international arrival areas.
